Responsibilities & Context:

• Set national targets for the brand and formulate marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to achieve the national target, brand growth & market share.

• Develop marketing mix in accordance with brand guidelines to enhance brand awareness, image, and equity.

• Improve the cost base to ensure the brand's profitability and affordability.

• Monitor distribution width & depth to ensure availability and merchandise.

• Develop & supervise all advertising campaigns in print, electronic, and outdoor media as well as event management.

• Prepare the strategic marketing plan, which will be aligned with the strategic plan.

• Liaison with the advertising agency to supervise the promotional campaign.

• Conduct the consumer survey to understand customer mindset and behavior as well as media habits.

• Identify and explore the scope to improve existing products.

• Identify and explore the scope of the new product & develop the strategy for launching the new product.

• Periodical reporting of the brand (monthly, quarterly, and annually)

• Monitor competitor activity and update benchmarking.
