Additional Requirements:

The candidate must have experience in corporate sales or corporate business.
Having experience in the sales or business development related to ISO Certification will be given preference.
Must be fluent in Bangla. Fluency in English will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify target markets and segments for ISO/ certification services, through comprehensive market research.
Target high-value prospects related to ISO/ certification services, find new sales leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and execute business plans, present business proposals, communicate product or service benefits, negotiate pricing and other terms to close sales deals to reach or surpass revenue goals.
Connect with organizations and decision-makers to close sales deals and enhance the market positioning of B-Compliance.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track market trends and competitors, aiming at increasing the market share.
Any task assigned by the management.
