Managerial experience at least 5-10.
Total sales & marketing Experience - 10-15 years.
Experience in Battery, Cement, Steel, Heavy Metal, or other relevant manufacturing industries preferred.
Proven experience in dealer development, territory management, target achievement, and collections.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Visit all assigned sales territories, dealers, distributors, and working zones regularly.
Appoint new dealers and expand the dealer network.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers.
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and minimize overdue receivables.
Monitor dealer credit limits and ensure smooth financial transactions.
Ensure order processing, invoicing, deliveries, and after-sales support run smoothly.
Monitor dealer stock levels and product availability.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with Accounts, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
Resolve dealer complaints promptly.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team.
Ensure implementation of company sales policies and promotional campaigns.
