Experience:
B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial & Production Engineering
Diploma in Engineering with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly suitable candidates.
Strong technical understanding of cranes, lifting systems, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to prepare and explain technical and commercial proposals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
CAD software skills will get preference (Overhead Crane design)
Experience
Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in industrial crane sales.
Strong knowledge of overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, industrial process cranes, and material handling systems is required
Experience in project-based industrial equipment sales will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies for overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, industrial process cranes, and related material handling equipment.
Conduct market research and prepare competitor strength and weakness report.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key industrial stakeholders.
Be fully involved in the complete business development cycle.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and upcoming project opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, and project pipeline updates
