Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all outlets within the assigned area.
∎ Monitor staff performance, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
∎ Oversee stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
∎ Ensure that store displays and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
∎ Maintain high standards of customer service across all outlets.
∎ Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, cleanliness, and compliance.
∎ Provide feedback and action plans for underperforming outlets.
