Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for the assigned area to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Monitor and track the performance of the sales team and ensure targets are achieved.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Drive market penetration for our tire brands across retail, industrial, and automotive sectors.
∎ Identify and capture new business opportunities, including new clients and untapped markets.
∎ Ensure strong relationships with key accounts and customers in the area.
∎ Lead and manage a team of Territory Managers and Sales Officers to ensure productivity and performance.
∎ Provide training, motivation, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
∎ Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and guidelines.
∎ Oversee the recruitment and management of distributors and dealers in the area.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and resolve any issues regarding stock, delivery, or sales performance.
∎ Review customer accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate recovery actions.
∎ Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all communication with clients.
∎ Monitor payment schedules and follow up on outstanding debts to ensure timely recovery.
∎ Provide regular reports to the Recovery Manager on progress, status of accounts, and recovery targets.
∎ Provide customers with clear, accurate information regarding their debt and payment options.
∎ Manage disputes and ensure the resolution of any discrepancies in billing or charges.
∎ Responsible for seizing vehicle on failing to pay installment by customer.
