Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare effective and accurate market research and competitive analysis with continual updates
∎ Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
∎ Maintain individual visit to potential clients, existing clients and ensure regular visit of sales team
∎ Timely reporting on all market observations & assigned KPI tasks on a regular basis to GM.
∎ Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach individual target
∎ Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products , pricing and issues.
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities as and when required

∎ Skills Required: Marketing
∎ Must be require two years job experience in tyre industry in senior level position - Sales & Marketing
∎ Strong communication and team management skill
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines
