Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities: Establish and manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to promote products in both English and Mandarin.
∎ Drive solar business development globally and build strategic partnerships.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent after-sales service.
∎ Requirements: Proficiency in Chinese (spoken, written, and conversational) is mandatory.
∎ Proficiency in English is essential.Experience in solar products or related fields and basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical circuits are advantages.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
∎ Familiarity with import/export procedures is a plus.
∎ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required (BSc preferred).
