Responsibilities & Context:

• In charge of bulk washing, garment washing, finishing, and coordination tasks.

• Executing the production strategy requires the ability to collaborate with the manufacturing and merchandising teams.

• Ensuring consistent quality, standardized production, timely delivery of products, and optimal machine performance.

• Evaluate, manage, and minimize costs and waste.

• Guarantee effective production by providing technical evaluations and ongoing analysis.

• Plan and manage tasks, including necessary collaboration with other department leaders.

• Adhere to operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Strive to wash garments from specific orders within the budget allocated by the corresponding merchandiser.

• Create and track a monthly budget to achieve the goals of the organization.
