Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates,
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
Has to be smart, energetic and enthusiastic.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & Security issues.
Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security system.
Develop and update the security system to maintain a safe work environment.
To respond to all emergencies promptly when arises.
Effective execution of administrative functions.
Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner. Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
To ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office premises.
To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
Attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
To lead, appraise and train the security personnel and follow up on the third party`s security service deployed in different posts.
To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management time to time.
To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
The applicants should have work experience in RMG industry and security service provider handling with large number of security personnel.
Have to take part in Crisis Management and Close Protection to the VIPPreventing and defecting offense on site and monitor the CCTV camera systems.
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
