Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Inspections and Follow-up.
∎ Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems.
∎ Specify time frame for factories to implement improvements.
∎ Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases.
∎ Conduct independent QA inspections in different areas.
∎ Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality.
∎ Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers samples) including materials, accessories, parts, components etc.].
∎ Should have sound knowledge about all kind of washing process, washing approvals etc.
∎ Should have good knowledge about sample process and patterns.
∎ Need to handle all technical audits
∎ Communicate customers' quality requirements to factories.
∎ Provide advice / make judgment of whether the machinery could fulfill the production needs and manufacture quality products.
∎ Check if materials used for bulk production are of acceptable quality.
∎ Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
∎ Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and / or product quality.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicant must have experience in Garments (Woven- Shirt) factory.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process.
Salary: Negotiable
