∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience in a leadership position in a reputed RMG Industry.
∎ Must have knowledge of quality management system.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on quality audit and system process.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be capable to train production & Quality teams on DHU, KPI and other requirements.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all work of the factory's quality department.
∎ Develop the quality department’s appropriate SOP to run the department smoothly.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Determining operational and performance qualification.
∎ Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ Conduct audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Inspect fabric and trim quality process on AQL base. Ensure shade, shrinkage, width measurement and fabric test report for approval.
∎ Ensure technical audit in raw material quality part.
∎ Maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures.
∎ Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Solve fabric-related issues that arise in consequent department like -cutting, sewing, washing and finishing.
∎ Maintain supplier development by doing correlation inspection, supplier grading chart periodical meetings and supplier visits.
∎ Ensure administrative and discipline in the department.
∎ Renovation and development of raw material quality.
∎ Monitor the performance and progress of the staff.
∎ Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the department.
∎ Ensure all raw material quality-related document and register.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
