∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Engineering (Glass & Ceramic/Mechanical) from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Floor/ Line Management,Maintenance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation, Production, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide an update about daily status of plant
∎ Daily consumption of Raw Materials.
∎ Materials Requisition placement to SCM according to Stock quantity & physical measurement.
∎ Control production processes.
∎ Monitor daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with Admin dept for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ To look after all the machinery are in running condition.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge in Ceramic Tableware production & operation of a big factory.
∎ Pro-active, team player, self-motivated and result driven
∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solution
