Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA With Major in HRM/ Master in any Discipline.
∎ Candidates with PGD in HRM will be given preference. Good computer litterate.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Compliance, General HR
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
∎ Manage attendance & leave for all employees at the unit;
∎ Maintaining employees personal file and updated records timely basis;
∎ Provide support to corporate HR for requirement of permanent & contractual employees at unit as required;
∎ Prepare workforce MIS as required for all employees at the unit;
∎ Resolve queries of employees related to HR & IR policies & Processes;
∎ Implement HR & IR initiatives & employee welfare programs for all employees at unit level;
∎ Drive annual performance management process as guided by corporate HR;
∎ Provide support to corporate HR for training need identification as required;
∎ Handle queries & grievance pertaining to performance management;
∎ Ensure safe & healthy work environment for all employees at unit;
∎ Coordinate with corporate HR to implement any group wide HR initiatives for all employees at the unit;
∎ Coordinate with HR Operations at corporate for salary disbursement;
∎ To ensure facilities, salary, allowances and compensation to all the workers and staffs within the stipulated time.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of practical experience in any large process Industry.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of Labour law
∎ Excellent computer skill (Microsoft Office) with good typing speed both in Bangla and English & should have knowledge of ERP (Payroll) software system etc.
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Knowledge and experience in Disciplinary Actions.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of highly experienced candidates.
∎ Attractive remuneration will be offered to the selected candidates.
