Experience Requirements:
∎ 20 to 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of spinning mill.
∎ Maximize Production.
∎ Ensure product quality with full customer satisfaction.
∎ Minimize manufacturing cost.
∎ Carry on yarn marketing and customer development.
∎ Develop system for all concern depts. To run the mill with appropriate administration and management
∎ Develop subordinate and take maximum output from them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 20-25 years' experience as GM/DGM (Plant Head) in reputed spinning mills.
∎ Educational qualification must be Bachelors/Masters.
∎ Has a deep understanding of Spinning Mills working process.
∎ A standout colleague; loves to work with cross-functional teams in understanding the detailed requirements and aligning the needs to business/ product vision.
