Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting with training and onboarding processes.
∎ Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
∎ Conducting research, attending workshops, and networking with other professionals in the industry.
∎ Writing job descriptions for new positions, and assisting with interview and recruitment processes.
∎ Ensuring staff comply with company, as well as health and safety regulations at all times.
∎ Maintaining, managing, and updating system.
∎ Supervising digital security and ensuring all anti-viruses and firewalls are regularly updated.
∎ Supervising the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users' data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ 8-10 years' experience as Sr. Executive (MIS) in reputed spinning mills.
∎ Educational qualification must be Bachelors/Masters.
∎ Has a deep understanding of Spinning Mills work process.
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
