Experience in working spinning mills will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clean the machines at the start and middle of the shift.
∎ Start and stop the machines and individual spindles.
∎ Feed the bobbins in the magazine and place paper cones on the holders.
∎ To be able to remove the loose yarns entangled to various parts of the machine.
∎ To be able to control the production of all the spindles under his custody.
∎ To be able to handle the minor problems of the machines by himself and to
∎ report for major problems to the maintenance staff or the supervisor.
∎ To be able to differentiate between cones of different counts and codes. Can
∎ place them properly in stacking area and can count the production.
∎ Can remove residual yarn from bobbins without damaging them.
∎ Can rewind the rejected cones.
∎ Gives feed back to the ring department about the spinning faults.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 3-5 years' experience as Asst. Production Officer (Ring & Autocone) in reputed spinning mills.
∎ Educational qualification must be Diploma/Bachelors/Masters.
∎ Has a deep understanding of Spinning Mills work process.
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
