Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Garments Marketing and Merchandising
Job Context:
∎ Capable to collect orders of 1.5 - 2.0 million dollars per month.
∎ Having extensive experience of handling European / North American renowned Brand or Retailer directly.
∎ Good connection with large retailer such as Walmart, H&M, Tesco, Inditex, C&A, Aldi, LPP etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of planning & marketing to fill up the capacity for 10 lines Woven factory & Support to sourcing Business.
∎ Applicant must have vast knowledge about fabric consumption, product costing & pricing for Woven Garments.
∎ Responsible for total marketing and merchandising department for multiple accounts.
∎ Should have links with foreign reputed buyers and have the ability to get target export orders.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Go the extra mile every day' for customers & need to have a capability to onboard new Byer, New market.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase sales. Also, to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ Setting KPI for the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) experience of working in top level position.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara area is preferable as factory is located in Uttara area.
∎ Must be capable of handling & communicating with foreign Buyers.
∎ Excellent command over English (written and spoken) is highly desired.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.
Salary: Negotiable
