∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and directs all aspects of Industrial Engineering activities within the organization.
∎ Analyzing the labor productivity of the factory & sewing lines.
∎ Estimating line capacity for all new development style based on garments sketch or samples.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong follow-up.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Set KPI & monitor performance of production related workers.
∎ Simplify manufacturing process & increase efficiency and productivity of all orders.
∎ Researce & development for samples prior to production start.
∎ Review line plan, manpower & efficiency on daily basis to ensure efficiency is achieved.
∎ Develop strategies to achieve targeted productivity.
∎ Train & motivate IR team to improve their competencies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Basic Salary - USD 2500, House Rent- USD 300, Medical- USD 100, Conveyance- USD 100 or equivalent BDT per month.
