∎ Candidates having minimum 15 years ( 3 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR, Admin & Compliance issues in large export based Readymade Knit Composite Garments Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have proven leadership quality
∎ Should be self-motivated and result oriented
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR, Admin & Compliance related job activities of the Factory independently.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge & expertise on HR Activities i.e. Payroll Management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling ,Labor Laws etc.
∎ Should have expertise in Safety & Security Management, Transport Management, Housekeeping and Floor Administration.
∎ Should have thorough practical knowledge on Compliance issues, have capacity to lead Compliance team and manage Buyers Inspection team/ Buying Offices independently & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers requirement.
∎ A renowned 100 % export based Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of General Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) at its factory located near Mawna, Gazipur.
