∎ Candidates having minimum 15 years of hands on experience in managing Marketing & Merchandising activities of large export based knit composite Garments are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing buyers.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be sincere, self-motivated and result oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned export based Knit Composite Garments located at Gazipur is looking for suitable candidate for the position of General Manager / Executive Director (Marketing & Merchandising)
∎ Job location:  Dhaka Head office and Gazipur, Factory Office.
∎ As the M & M Team Head, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing all the activities related to Order taking, Merchandising & timely shipment of knit garment products efficiently as per planned schedule.
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible to procure profitable knit garments order as per the monthly capacity of the factory (3.0 – 3.5 million pcs per month).
∎ He will have to lead a Team of senior level Marketing & Merchandising professionals & execute the taken orders very professionally by maintaining proper coordination with all related departments.
