Job Context:
∎ Shun Ho (BD) Manufactory is looking for a dynamic academic professional for the position "Executive -Production"
∎ We are seeking the application from the competent professionals who have adequate knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, and inventory Process
∎ Job Location Cumilla EPZ.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discharge all functions under direct control and supervision of Line Manager.
∎ Responsible for maintaining the Quartz manufacturing and production schedule.
∎ Ensure Production SOP's
∎ Prepare monthly production schedule & execute it based on plan.
∎ Take charge of quality control activities and ensure quality of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) & Finished Goods (FG).
∎ Ensure RM/PM arability for day-to-day operation, calculate the requirement & raise demand based on requirement.
∎ Prepare daily production report & communicate with concerned department.
∎ People management, providing technical guidance to the employees, measuring operational performance.

∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Should be fluent in English & Bangla correspondences both in Written & Oral forms and well conversant with computer applications, especially in MS Excel.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
