∎ Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager – Quality to oversee the quality operations at our garments factory.
∎ Lead the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with buyer requirements.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Monitor production processes and provide guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages.
∎ Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
∎ Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively.
∎ Train and mentor quality teams on updated inspection techniques and compliance standards.
∎ Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
∎ Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management for performance analysis and improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and industry standards (e.g., ISO, WRAP, BSCI).
∎ Coordinate and facilitate all types of technical audits and work on follow-ups and corrective action plans.
∎ Continuously review and improve quality assurance processes to meet evolving market demands.
