Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow (120 sewing lines) and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Ensuring frequent communication with the in-house washing technical & operational team in order to ensure smooth shipment followed by the desire of buyers.
∎ Figure out deviations and assists in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period. (Follow-up : Cut to Shipment)
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
∎ Provide the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all workers.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ To co-ordinate with Merchandising department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ To monitor production plan bring it in line with capacity & strength.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all style.
∎ To incorporate development best practices CSR.
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face negotiate any hurdles of future.
