∎ At least 12 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in the asked Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership & coordination skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed Knit Composite Garments is looking for candidate for the position of General Manager (Production) for its factory located at Gazipur .
∎ The factory consists of 60 Lines - 1250 sewing machines (approx.) and producing 15 lac pieces (approx.) knit garments in each month.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for managing Garments production related all activities of the factory independently.
∎ He will have to maintain proper coordination with related departments/sections and ensure timely production of garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates who have proven leadership skills and having hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The ideal candidate should have the capacity to monitor & guide Production Managers and Production Team members in an efficient way.
