Job Context:
∎ A reputed Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate as General Manager (Production) for its factory located at Gazipur District.
∎ The factory consists of around 2500 sewing machines (approx.) and producing 3.0-3.5 million knit garments in each month.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production related all activities of the garments factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ He will have to maintain proper coordination with related departments/sections and ensure timely production of garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates should have hands on experience in IE/Work Study. So, those who have started their job as IE Officer/Executive and later developed their career as GM(Production) are only requested to apply.
∎ Candidate should have experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques on regular basis.
∎ The ideal candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IE based production in reputed Knit composite garments factories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in the asked Position.
∎ IE based experience is a must.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership & coordination skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
