∎ B. Sc in Nutrition and Food Engineering/ M. Sc in Food Science and Nutrition/ M. Sc in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for more experienced person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement innovative strategies for streamlining factory operations.
∎ To screen, recruit and train factory workers as per requirement.
∎ To ensure that factory machinery is in always working order.
∎ To organize manpower and utilize machinery for achieving the daily production target.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish quality control standard.
∎ To set and maintain standard operation procedure (SOP) for systematic operation.
∎ To lead all production stuff and having good command on them.
∎ To reduce cost and ensure day to day production output and product quality.
∎ To work for utilizing 100% capacity of man and machinery and reduce wastage.
∎ Inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ To direct store, warehouse and delivery section for smooth operation.
∎ To maintain the health safety and neat and tidy conditions.
∎ Analyzing data to identify and resolve different issues.
∎ To prepare production and others reports and submitting them for making decision.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ 18 years working experience in any reputed Food Factory will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge of warehouse management, transportation management, inventory control systems.
∎ Broad knowledge of standards of manufacturing technology, equipment, food safety, organizational development/management and employee relations.
∎ Excellent organizational, leadership, motivational, analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
∎ A successful track record of being able to establish and achieve performance goals and objectives for safety, quality, cost control, manufacturing efficiency and process development.
