Educational Requirements:
∎ Must possess a degree with a well-recognized professional qualification in Business Management/Business Administration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Bangladesh operations along with the senior leadership team.
∎ Oversee overall operations from product supply and receipt to delivery at customer locations within the set International Standard and good practices.
∎ Oversee distribution and logistics activities.
∎ Have to be possesses an exceptional drive in achieving organizational objectives in a dynamic business environment, will be required to plan and direct all aspects of the organization, operational objectives, policies and initiatives.
∎ Will be responsible for the attainment of short and long term financial and operational goals.
∎ Supporting and driving key short-term & long-term interventions launched towards the expansion of the business.
∎ Coordination to develop the annual sales and marketing strategy for the business in close consultation with the Senior Management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as per business requirement and assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The right candidate should possess over 12 years of work experience in Lubricants business operations.
