Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's Degree (in any discipline)
∎ M.Tech/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering / Diploma Engineering from any regional or International Institute (Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced/ outstanding performers).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Engineering back ground in setting Plant of Woven Garments especially World Class Shirt Project is preferable.
∎ To have the knowledge about product and its productivity.
∎ To have the knowledge about all sorts of compliance.
∎ To know about all sorts of production calculation. Starting from receiving of raw material to final delivery of Garments.
∎ Must have knowledge to prepare man power setup to run the 48 Line project more effectively and efficiently.
∎ He will be solely responsible to operate / run the project (Shirt Project) and to maintain shipment on time with quality to satisfy the ultimate customer / buyer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Must have good control / command to run the entire department with its production. Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Honest, Dynamic.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Good Knowledge on MS Office.

Salary: Negotiable
