∎ Must be MBA (HR) / Master of HRM / Master of Social Science with Diploma in HRM
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR Operations (maintaining employee register, payroll management, recruitment & selection etc.)
∎ Formulation and implementation of HR policies
∎ Handle all the statutory and legal compliances
∎ Develop Job Descriptions for all unique roles of the organization
∎ Oversee the design and development of uniform Job Bands across the organization
∎ Establish fair, transparent and effective performance appraisal management
∎ Formulate policies on employee retention and engagement strategies so as to reduce attrition
∎ Implement a performance-based culture by introducing HR Analytics to measure employee/ department wise productivity and drawing actionable insights
∎ Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs (including increment policy, practice of variable pay, PF etc.)
∎ Implement modern HRIS for the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Should have practical, hands-on and proven knowledge & experience in (above) mentioned areas.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ At least 15 years of relevant experience (with 7 years in Senior-level HR position).
∎ Preference will be given to those working in HR or Human Capital departments of a multi-national company
∎ Must be a technology savvy person with hands-on knowledge in standard HRIS
∎ Excellent leadership quality
∎ Advanced communication and negotiation skills
