∎ Candidates having minimum 15 years ( at least 3 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR & Compline related issues of export based Readymade Knit Composite Garments Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have proven leadership and communication skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere, dynamic and result oriented
∎ Should be well conversant with computer applications.

∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR & Compliance related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
