Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be MBA (HR) / Master of HRM / Master of Social Science with Diploma in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor HR activities (maintaining employee register, payroll management, recruitment & selection etc.) in operationalized as well as project units;
∎ Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies;
∎ Handle all the statutory and legal compliances;
∎ Oversee the design and development of uniform bands across the organization and bring all job roles into a cohesive & productive structure;
∎ Develop Job Descriptions for all unique roles of the organization;
∎ Establish fair, transparent and effective performance appraisal management;
∎ Formulate policies on employee retention and engagement strategies so as to reduce attrition;
∎ Evaluate company culture and provide recommendation on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives;
∎ Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs;
∎ Coordinate the administration in negotiation of contracts; Work out agreements for contract staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ at least 8-10 years of experience in a Mid/Senior-level human resources position.
∎ Preference will be given to those working in HR or Human Capital departments of a multi-national company.
∎ Should have experience in developing Job Descriptions; Advantageous to have experience in strategic planning and execution; knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management will be an asset.
∎ Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
∎ High level of language proficiency (English and Bangla - both verbal and written)
∎ Excellent leadership quality
