Bachelor`s degree in any of the following disciplines from a reputed university: Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)/ Textile Engineering/ Other relevant Engineering fields.

Responsibilities & Context:
One-Stop fabric Sourcing Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day field operations across various production units, including knitting, dyeing, and production (cutting, stitching, and finishing).
- Act as a liaison between the production floor, corporate office, and external vendors to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow.
- Monitor and track the movement of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
- Ensure production timelines and shipment schedules are met by coordinating closely with internal planning and merchandising teams.
- Resolve on-ground issues related to production, quality, and logistics in real-time.
- Maintain accurate reports of order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with factories/subcontractors to ensure compliance with production plans.
- Support in implementing cost-effective and efficient workflow strategies across field operations.
- Assist in coordinating quality checks, audits, and buyer inspections when needed.
- Ensure all field operations comply with company standards, buyer requirements, and regulatory norms.
