Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and business partners professionally.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.

  • Provide customer service support and coordinate with sales and operational teams.

  • Assist in sales administration, quotation follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Support L/C processing, logistics coordination, and invoice preparation when required.

  • Maintain office records, client communication logs, and daily activity reports.

  • Ensure smooth front desk operations and uphold company service standards.
