Job Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and study market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Develop and carry out marketing plans, promotional programs, and product introduction activities.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers for quotations, samples, and technical support.
Manage the complete sales and indenting process — from order confirmation to shipment and delivery.
Handle L/C documents, shipping, banking, and customs-related formalities.
Maintain accurate records of indents, shipments, customer communication, and sales reports.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers and suppliers through regular communication and professional service.
