Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
At least 2-5 years’ experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing company.
Should be knowledge in leather technology, Shoe Technology, Technical Route, Cutting, Sewing, Lasting, Injection Molding (TPR-PVC, PU-PU, PU-TPU) & Finishing Tech
Responsibilities & Context:
- Should be responsible to implement all quality norms and system across the production
- activity and standardize the quality procedure. Critically inspect & evaluate the product right from the initial stage, i.e. Raw material till the finish stage and also provide expert guidance and support till delivery.
- Should have good leadership, direction and communication skill.
- Academic Qualification can be relaxed for Highly Experienced candidates.
