To work on the development of food processing and production.
Implementation of quality control policies and quality assurance.
Application of proper technology and techniques in quality improvement of production process.
Research new product development and provide effective solutions.
Overseeing and contributing to capacity building of the production team.
Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP & ISO standards.
Communication and leadership skills.
