Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring process parameters & taking remedial action to maintain specified level for smooth production and product quality attributes.
∎ Validating PM (Planned Maintenance) & CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection & Tightening) of Machines.
∎ Ensuring product quality and monitoring quality control operation.
∎ Ensuring operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
∎ Ensuring on time rework usages & record.
∎ Manpower Planning, usages follow up & rectifications, rework usages & record.
∎ Leading Production Team to ensure that Production and Quality Targets are met.
∎ Co-ordinate and team work with engineering team for effective autonomous and planned Maintenance for better machine and equipment durability to ensure higher volume and perfection in quality

∎ Age 22 to 36 years
