Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fleet Operation: Manage company-owned and rented vehicles all around Bangladesh which includes Fleet Operations work, existing employee’s Pick-Drop service, and requirement basis report. Ensure timely payment of insurance and settlement of claims for company-owned vehicles. Manage schedule paper updates by engaging with BRTA. Efficient Fuel management for JTIB vehicles. Manage 3rd party drivers engaged for JTIB vehicles.
∎ Maintenance: Ensure routine maintenance and manage emergency maintenance for JTIB vehicles.
∎ Fleet Management System: Manage fleet management system efficiently to ensure proper utilization of vehicles, investigate any Accident or incident, and proper fuel management. Generate analytical data from the Fleet Management system periodically and report to management.
∎ Financial Operations: Ensure timely bill payment for fleet operations throughout the country. Validate the bills with the users/ department to ensure data accuracy and erroneous billing.
