Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ • Monitoring finishing process and packing to ensure on time delivery.
∎ • Organizing buyer inspections and co-ordinate with merchandisers, ensuring full shipments.
∎ • Ensure the buyer standards and quality in Finishing/ Packing.
∎ • Strong production leader ship with problems solving skills.
∎ • Prepared regular reports of all activities.
∎ • Directed and coordinated all employee activities.
∎ • Analyzed production and made efficiency recommendations.
∎ • Monitor the absenteeism, labor turn over and get the necessary actions to minimize
∎ • Work closely with the merchandising team and get the required materials and accessories on time
∎ • Prepare goods for proper time shipment
∎ • Arrange all the necessary packing materials, man power requirement and the machineries well before starting the new style.
∎ • Developed and implemented new production processes.
∎ • Maintain the daily as well as monthly shipment schedule which is given by HOD
