Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling the Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment targets with desired quality.
∎ Monitor the finishing-related process in order to meet on-time shipment.
∎ Maintain company SOP regarding loading- unloading, style-wise update, trims, and fabric in the house.
∎ Have to Maintain close relations with Production & Cutting for on-time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on-time inspections.
∎ Making sure all employees working in the finishing section are skilled and doing their job properly.
∎ Awareness of finishing section capacity for the different products in different finishing processes, Manpower budget & Process Layout procedures.
∎ Maintaining inventory for consumables in the finishing section and required accessories for packing or other activities.
∎ Preparing daily finishing section production reports.
∎ Forecasting finishing section capacity and delivery times in accordance with factory needs. Planning OT hours in advance if needed.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration, overproduction, extra hour work, manpower controlling & maintenance…….
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at finishing operations and department.
∎ Establish effective communication with the cutting and production manager, QC Manager to fulfill the order quantity.
∎ Take corrective action for nonconformance products.
∎ Should Technically Qualified & Capable of Monitoring Day To Day Activities
∎ Maintain the criteria of C-TPAT.
∎ And any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
