• Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently and ensuring shipment target as per planning with desired quality.

• Assist department head in reviewing the monthly production schedule and working out a plan to determine staffing and other resources requirements to meet the deadlines.

• Oversee finishing operations and ensure effective handling of inspections, including audits by external buying offices.       

• Maintain company SOP regarding recruitment, production, compliance, quality & shipment. Possess technical expertise and the ability to monitor day-to-day activities effectively.       

• Demonstrate strong production leadership and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.·        

• Analyze products and prepare for line feeding to ensure the right quality is achieved the first time.       

• Follow up on shipment plans, meet packing targets, and quickly balance finishing lines when required.

• Ensuring  100% Compliance at finishing operation during production as well as audit. ensuring proper housekeeping & compliance in every aspect of customer visit or factory management visit.     

• Monitor individual worker performance and optimize manpower allocation for quality outcomes.·        

• Ensure effective monitoring and control of the quality system to maintain high standards.·        

• Enhance the knowledge and skills of the team through training and continuous improvement initiatives. Have to Maintain close relations with Production & planning for executing on-time shipment.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration, overproduction, and extra hour work.

• Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on-time inspections.·        

• Perform other finishing-related duties and responsibilities as required. Track daily target achievements and ensure timely follow-ups. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
