Garments Finishing, Production Management (Finishing), Woven bottom
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be able to take whole responsibility of finishing section.
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set-packing targets, quickly balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation.
∎ Must follow-up day to day target work.
∎ Ensure that the garment threads are trimmed properly.
∎ Ensure that the measurements are as per requirement.
∎ Examine the defects and takes special care about oil marks, stain marks, burns, cracks, and pits etc.
∎ Ensures that, the dusts are removed and the hang tags are properly set on garment.
∎ Ensure the measurements of cartons, quality of packaging, side marks of cartons, destination etc.
∎ Must follow the buyer's specified assortments.
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Must have strong technical knowledge in finishing and quality system.
∎ Must have good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning, analytical, inter-personal and communication skills.
∎
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have vast knowledge in Woven bottom garments.
∎ Must be good in English both Reading and Writing.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara / near Uttara will get high preference.
∎ Applicant who will be selected must be ready to join immediately.
∎ Please note: Applicant who does not have experience in Finishing of woven-bottom, need not to apply.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
