Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to create placed prints/all over prints on Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Ability to create a collection from trends forecasting, moodboards, collection ranges, tech packs, fabrics selection, samples development and follow up.
∎ Ability to create pdf and ppt presentation for our clients using creative slide layouts.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and work within a team collaborating with all the members in order to achieve all the objectives and meet all the deadlines.
∎ A solid understanding of Specific points of measurement, and garment construction; a background in pattern making is preferred.
∎ Excellent knowledge about the fabrics, colors, season & trend forecast.
∎ Should have excellent organizational communication and presentation skills.
∎ Will work as given with specifications relating to color, fabric, budget & developing samples as per buyer's tech packs.
∎ Will be responsible for designing, developing product range for men and women's wear.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming fashion trends, noticing the general trend in fabric, color scheme, and shape of the garment, predicting the later advancement in upcoming trends, and developing fashion range accordingly.
∎ Examining the look of sample garments on models, making sure that the designed product matches the age, gender, style and socioeconomic status of target consumers and modifying and redesigning the garments (if any).
∎ Proficient Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
∎ Professional communication in English is must.
∎ Any other task assigned by senior management.

∎ Age 26 to 35 years

∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.

∎ Good coordination capability and cooperation with internal and external parties
