Detail-oriented with strong technical and analytical skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
Minimum Graduation required on Fashion Designing from UGC approved university.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, mentor, and supervise the team to deliver innovative and commercially viable collections.
Develop seasonal themes, color palettes, and mood boards aligned with global fashion trends and buyer preferences.
Oversee the full design to sample process from concept to production-ready samples, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, R&D, and production teams to ensure seamless product development.
Present design concepts and collections to buyers, interpret feedback, and apply revisions effectively.
Conduct ongoing research on global fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and sustainable innovations for product differentiation.
Create and review technical design packs, patterns, and specifications for production.
Ensure all designs comply with buyer standards, brand identity, and quality requirements.
Monitor and report on design performance, innovation progress, and new product development status to management.
