Responsibilities & Context:
Asia Linkage, a reputed accessories and fashionable accessories item manufacturing company, is looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for fashion trends, strong design skills, and the ability to turn ideas into marketable collections.
Job Responsibilities:
• Research upcoming trends, colors, fabrics, accessories and silhouettes to create innovative designs.
• Develop seasonal collections and prepare mood boards, sketches, and CADs.
• Coordinate with sample, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely development.
• Select fabrics, trims, and accessories aligned with design concepts.
• Participate in fittings and provide necessary corrections for perfect product outcomes.
• Work closely with buyers and management to meet brand and client requirements.
