Job Context:
∎ TAJ is one of the renowned garment trims manufacturing companies, operating with a reputation for around two decades. Currently looking for dynamic, smart working, intelligent candidates for the above position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor production target
∎ Technical knowledge in related machine and production process
∎ Report to Top management about daily and total production status according to order and styles
∎ To distributes duties and responsibilities of subordinates and supervise their work
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the production target is not achieved for any valid reason
∎ Vigilance to customers needs, business movement, and competitors activities
∎ Sound knowledge in e-mail, internet, MS-word, and excel is a must
∎ Good interpersonal and strong communication skills ( Oral and written in English)
∎ To follow the principle of cost-minimizing of product
∎ Ensure the good quality of product
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, and energetic in the workplace
∎ Work under pressure
∎ To ensure availability of skilled workers for operation
∎ Follow up raw-material warehouses need to be maintained in a good manner
∎ To be responsible for the overall production target of the Company
∎ To keep the area neat, clean, and hygienic condition
∎ Coordinate's with sales team in order to deliver on time
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
Salary: Negotiable
