Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor laws (with latest amendment).
∎ Look after general office administrative activities. Supervision and control of duties and responsibilities of Support staffs.
∎ The Primary responsibility is to lead and develop the company production, cutting, sales and collection.
∎ Sound knowledge on non woven fabrics, SMS fabrics.
∎ Prepares the test samples which he is competent and records the results thereof.
∎ Plan wise cutting monitoring.
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with authority.
∎ To ensure discipline in the floor.
∎ Must have the capability to build new client base for the organization.
∎ Visit to the selected zone for marketing of Medical apparels products and hunt new customer.
∎ Control the sales team as a team member.
∎ Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have experience in the field of Medical apparels garments industry.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Excellent work environment, festival bonus and other admissible benefits.
Salary Review: Yearly on the basis of Performance.
