Job Responsibilities:
∎ A) Ensuring that daily production targets are achieved with the expected level of quality in production lines or the modules assigned.

∎ B) Allocating and effectively managing resources to ensure high productivity.

∎ C) Prioritizing and drawing up daily work plans according to the available resources (human, material and machinery).

∎ D) Ensuring that the sewing line is balanced at the commencement of production, monitoring the hourly progress and making the necessary changes to achieve the daily target.

∎ J) Monitoring the feeding of new styles, providing technical advice sewing techniques, critical quality points, etc.) And guiding the ream to resolve all technical issues, in coordination with the technical team to ensure that all relevant parameters (such as throughput time, quality standards) are achieved to facilitate a smooth style change-over.

∎ K) Coordinating with the planning team to plan weekly and daily output targets (taking into account deliveries, SMVs and available hours), monitoring the actual output, identifying deviations and taking corrective action to ensure the completion of the planned production.

∎ L) Managing overall production operations, conducting daily production meetings to identify critical production issues, taking action to correct or avoid problems, advising and guiding the ream on all related aspects and coordinating with the other teams to ensure that daily production targets are achieved.

∎ M) Monitoring and ensuring that all production performance parameters (output, efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, material consumption etc.) are met as per agreed standards, whilst also ensuring product compliance with customer requirements, to achieve the plants annual business objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in Garments production (Cut to Ship) department in any reputed Knit garments factory(s) out of which 5-6 years in similar position.
∎ Should have knowledge on modern machines & technology
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership & Planning skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Have the capacity to maintain effective communication & coordination with related departments
∎ Should be result oriented, hardworking, sincere & ready to work under stress
