∎ MBA from any reputed public University
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Industrial Safety,Factory compliance
∎ Training/Trade Course: TPM
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Packaging
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets.
∎ Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.
∎ Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the department by the workers.
∎ Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.
∎ Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the clients.
∎ Ensuring the effectual adopting of new programs and policies and providing training in order to meet improved requirements ordered by clients.
∎ Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general plant strategy.
∎ Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs.
∎ Collaborating with sales agents, vendors and financial department to ensure the successful run of receiving and shipping schedule.
∎ Collaborating with other managers to find best practices and the best solution.
∎ Working with contract clients on matters concerned to their product starting from release to final shipment.
∎ Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ M.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical from a Public university, minimum experience of 12+ years of factory management experience at a 500+ worker facility in areas of manufacturing/ plastic packaging industries.
∎ Fluent in English(excellent verbal and written communication skills)
∎ Experience in the packaging industry is not required but would be preferred.
∎ Willingness to work hard and not leave until the job is done. Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel are required. Strong analytical and time management skills.
∎ Analyze Key Performance Indicators and review of the same for continuous improvements at the site.
